    If I could give zero stars I would. I've been banking here for two years. Only been overdrawn once. Went in to get some money out of my account and a counter check for my new job and one extremely rude teller ruined it for me completely. I just turned 21 but an I'd when you're turning 21 is valid forty five days after expiration date. It's been two weeks and she REFUSED to take it. I look identical to the picture braces and all. And she extremely rudely refused to let me get money out of my account and my counter check for my new job. Even though the other tellers could vouch that it was me. She was extremely rude and if I would've gotten her name I would tell you exactly who it was. Will be pulling everything out of my accounts soon!!

    Very poor management at their Richmond Commons property. Bugs invasion, black mold galore under the stairs next to air handler. Ample opportunities for Misty Marcum to resolve the issues, she did not. Cohen-Esrey also had opportunities to step in and make it right, they did not.

    My family and I had an amazing experience with Acendas. Ken Milans is by far the best travel agent. His attention to detail and recommendations are by far the greatest. I will be using Acendas and Ken in the very near future. We hope to travel to either Hawaii or somewhere in Europe next. We can’t thank you enough for making our vacation and experience superb.

    I worked with Bryce Baker on a family trip to Europe. There are many factors that distinguished his excellent service. 1. We had an extremely complicated itinerary that Bryce was able to expertly weave together. We visited 9 locations in 6 countries. 2. (not a recommendation, but...) We gave Bryce essentially 1 week before Christmas to plan a 3 week trip immediately after Christmas. 3. Bryce grasped the subtlety of exactly the type of family we were, and what types of places we would enjoy staying in and traveling to. 4. Bryce provided an extremely comprehensive itinerary, that we used as our trip bible. Each day & step was in sequential order... I'd just turn the page, and our next adventure would unfold. 5. Bryce has some of the best sweaters I've ever seen a travel agent wear.
